Wireless device(phone/laptop) Cannot Connect anymore

We continuously monitor the wireless network for devices that;
  1. May be infected  and pose the risk of infecting other unsuspecting devices on the network
  2. May be operating in a way that affects other devices on the network.
  3. Are improperly setup and have an effect on the institute network
  4. Are in contravention of the wireless access policy
  5. Poses an IT security threat to the network
These devices are blocked from accessing the network and once this happens your device will not be able to access the institute wireless.

If your device has been blocked  create a ticket, requesting for unblocking using the "wireless unblock request" help topic
